Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unopened (when applicable), in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

For health, safety, and product quality reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened food or grocery products

  • Perishable items

  • Opened personal care products

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling

  • Clearance or final sale items (unless they arrive damaged or defective)

  • Gift cards and digital products

How to Start a Return

Before returning an item, please contact our customer support team and provide:

  • Your order number

  • The item you would like to return

  • The reason for the return

  • Photos of the item if it arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

If you received the wrong item or your order arrived damaged or defective, we'll work with you to make it right. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, a refund, or provide return instructions.

If you're returning an item because you changed your mind, you are generally responsible for the return shipping cost unless otherwise stated.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
